Hosting Nemenhah Training Events
In-person training from our Certified Mentors is an excellent way to inspire and bolster activity and involvement in Nemenhah Chapter events and other gatherings of Ministers. To find out more about hosting Nemenhah Training events with the University of Nemenhah, use the form below...
Scheduling: a scheduling donation of $500 is required to secure the travel arrangements of the Mentor. This is either provided by the requesting Chapter as a congregation (collected by the leaders at one of their monthly meetings) or by the host institution/organizer/etc. if not taking place at a Nemenhah setting. This sum is remitted to the University of Nemenhah at least one month before the scheduled day(s) of the event. Because the University will be handling the travel arrangements with this donation, and is not likely to receive a refund for unused travel fare, this donation is completely non-refundable should the event be cancelled.
Confirmed Attendance: a minimum of ten (10) students must be confirmed by the organizer a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date. Without this minimum, the Mentor's time away from home and occupation cannot be suitably compensated by the University of Nemenhah or by the few remaining students who might be able to attend. Therefore, unless ten (10) have been confirmed by the designated time, the event will be cancelled.
Event Tuition/Donation: in addition to the initial $500 donation made by the Chapter or organizer to secure travel arrangements, each attending student must individually confirm their scheduled participation by remitting an offering to the University of Nemenhah (in an amount agreed upon by the Chapter or organizer and the University) no later than two weeks prior to the event (the Chapter and/or organizer may also collect these offerings by the appointed time and notify the University of confirmed attendance, then remit the collected sum to the University directly no later than two weeks before the date of the event).
Mentor Compensation: all things in Order, the event is conducted accordingly and the Mentor is duly compensated by the University of Nemenhah, upon his/her return, for services to the Church, according to the covenant arrangements made between the University of Nemenhah and its Certified Mentor.
Event Credit Award: students attending the event may receive an extracurricular Credit Award for participation by reporting their attendance through the University's Student Portal. No attending student not enrolled in the Student Portal will be permitted to claim any Credit Award associated with this event.
